Meet Stacey!

HI! Im Stacey Doltz, Usui Reiki Master and founder of Saratoga Reiki Room.

I was born and raised right here in Saratoga Springs , and this community has always felt like home to me. I’m an Usui Reiki Master, intuitive and empath, and someone who has always been fascinated by the things we can’t necessarily see.

Before Reiki became such a big part of my life, I went to college for Child and Family Studies and worked in the field of social work and advocacy. Ive always been drawn to helping people feel heard, supported and safe.

I found Reiki more than 15 years ago right here in Saratoga Springs! I trained under the guidance of Gina Clemente.

Over the years, my intuition has become a big part of what I do. I sometimes receive messages, feelings or little “knowings”during sessions that are often meaningful to the person sitting in front of me.

And while I absolutely love the spiritual side of what I do, I also want Saratoga Reiki Room to feel comfortable, modern and completely normal. I want it to be brought to the forefront of self care. Right along side other supportive modalities such as massage, chiropratic or acupuncture. We all have an energetic body and we all need to know how to take care of it. Im here to help teach you !

You don’t have to be “woo-woo”.

You don’t have to know anything about Reiki or energy work.

You don’t have to know how to meditate.

You don’t even need to know exactly what you’re looking for.

You can simply show up as yourself!

Im a pretty down to earth person who happens to believe there’s a whole lot more to us than what we can see on the surface!
